Patti Mutascio

Coaching rooted in vitality.

As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Yoga Instructor, and Master of Education, my mission is to partner with you to build a lifestyle rooted in vitality.

My passion for health began as a competitive marathoner and exercise enthusiast. Today I translate that passion into science-backed strategies for nutrition, movement, sleep optimization, and stress management.

Whether you are navigating a major life transition or simply looking to optimize your health, I provide tailored support to help you master the fundamentals of wellness in every chapter of life.

I trained at mindbodygreen Institute for Health and Wellness Coaching as well as Sustainable and Functional Nutrition.

5 45-minute Zoom sessions to discover your peak well-being through lifestyle optimization. We will refine the four pillars of your health, focusing on targeted nutrition, restorative sleep, functional exercise, and stress management. You are in the driver's seat and will direct the cadence and direction of the change you seek.
